The Bureau of Internal Revenue issued a Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 105-2021 circularizing Memorandum Circular No. 89 dated September 13, 2021 issued by the Office of the President, entitled “Updating the Inventory of Exemptions to the Right to Access of Information Under Executive Order (EO) No. 02, series of 2016.
