PARAOAN NUESTRO & ASSOCIATES (PNA LAW) is a full-service Law Firm which provides comprehensive legal services in all areas of litigation, immigration, dispute resolution, labor and employment, corporate organization and registration, real estate, family law, election laws, banking laws, taxation, intellectual property, data privacy and information technology.
The Firm also provides risk assessment, fraud management, general counseling and strategies to various local and foreign companies and industries such as, but not limited to, business process outsourcing, lending and financial companies, local and international recruitment agencies, transportation, hospitals, construction and real estate companies, agro-industrial corporation, information and technology industry. PNA Law, established in 2015, has a roster of clients which include multinational companies, IT and Data processing firms among which are VXI Global Holdings B.V. Topjuan Tech Corporation, Lucky Break Corporation, Esco Pte. Ltd. and others.
PNA Law is headed by two dynamic and zealous lawyers: Atty. Glenn Michael Nuestro was admitted to the bar in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas. His fields of practice include Civil, Criminal and Corporate Litigation, Labor Law, Procurement Law, Family Law; and Atty. Karl Patrick N. Paraoan who was admitted to the bar in 2009, after earning a Juris Doctor from San Sebastian College-Recoletos. His practice focuses on Civil and Criminal Litigation, Labor Law, Immigration Law, Dispute Resolution, Regulatory Matters, Data Privacy and Election Law. He also has extensive experience in government relations, mostly from his work as a legislative officer and counsel to Senator Ramon Bong Revilla, Jr., Senator Manny Pacquiao, and Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada.
In order to fulfill the Firm's mission of offering our clients high-quality legal services, a diverse range of attorneys work for PNA Law as associates and of counsel on a part-time basis, and is additionally staffed with trained and skilled paralegals.
The Firm’s full-time associates include Aira Veronica R. De Leon, who was admitted to the Bar in 2022 with Juris Doctor Degree from University of Santo Tomas; and Jolina N. Montemayor, who was admitted to the Bar in 2025 with Juris Doctor Degree from University of Santo Tomas.
